We would love to go back but can't really eat anything there so probably won't be back anytime soon.

Carly our waitress was rude, could not answer a basic question about the menu (nor did she offer to find out the answer) and did not come back to check on us during our meal. Disappointing experience especially since it was a special occasion. After having such a horrible meal I looked on yelp, curios to see the reviews, and I realized I should have read them first. Another 10-15 minutes and the drinks finally came. I was confused and let her know the person who originally took my call must have written down the wrong dates. The Water Star Grille offers first come/first served seating.Really enjoyed the food here and the outdoor seating area was very pretty. Little does the staff at Water Star Grille know, however, that my boyfriend and I absolutely love to waste money on overpriced, mediocre food. Steve Mannino from the Reeds helped my husband plan the most wonderful night! Pan-fried crab cake over lettuce … I was told they don't take reservations anymore and seating wouldn't be a problem as they didn't have any reservations for our night a Tuesday. Every day dining with a relaxed, coastal vibe He ended up cooking for both our table and the adjacent one at the same time. They do the majority of their business in the summer so I do not understand the lack of shade for the tables.Here's the skinny. Everything I had was cooked to perfection and both the waiter in the dining room and the waitress in the lounge were knowledgeable and attentive. They said the people seated in the rain get moved first. Drink menu has some solid solid options.
