Thank you for sharing and we hope all is well!Wow this place is incredible BAD SERVICE EVERYONE is using profanity and look miserable I asked to be directed to neurology and she was busy texting then when I was getting seen by th nurse she was also busy texting but while she was hooking me up to the monitor 1 I had no privacy Bc she left the door open so her other co worker came to chat it up with her for time so disrespectful I don't want someone in the room with me while I'm being taking "care of" they both dropped the f bomb like 10 times speaking of their mother and brother who is in jail omg what is wrong with you... then to have to pay for 2 hr is not rite there should be a no charge for a patient!
I have never a more inefficient system in my entire life. Owner, Chris Campbell, spoke with me and then later visited my mother, and we were very impressed with his professionalism and compassion. The nurses who set me up before and those who helped me after were super sweet and I had no problems with my procedure or being put to sleep which I was nervous about.Hi Teanna, we're so glad to hear that you had a positive experience here at Temple University Hospital.
